In this video we take a look at our cool little set up for load testing components and fittings on the EMG-6. We have a 10,000 pound load cell with a digital readout. And using a hydraulic ram and pump from an old dump truck we have set up a fixture that allows us to pull to nearly 9000 pounds. We have the capability for setting up the load cell in a compression configuration, but we still have some more machine work to do to be able to allow us to complete that installation.
