| Tangent Aircraft Solutions was formed by Carol and Brian Carpenter in February of 2010. Tangent Aircraft Solutions was formed as a separate company from Rainbow Aviation Services but it's beginnings originated from the foundation built out of the work done at Rainbow Aviation Services. |
| Rainbow Aviation Services was founded in Chico California in 1989 and began working out of a small hangar located at the Orland airport. |
In 1991 Rainbow Aviation Services, moved to the Corning Municipal Airport located in Corning California operating as a full service FBO. Rainbow Aviation Services has been involved in many different aspects of aviation offering flight instruction, aircraft rental, and maintenance to the general aviation public as well as the sport aviation enthusiasts. |
